Breckinridge Memorial Hospital
Join us for the Breckinridge Health Employee/Community Blood Drive at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital, Training Room on Thursday, February 22nd and Friday, February 23rd from 9:30AM-4:30PM.
DONOR GUIDELINES! All donors must:
- Be at least 17 years old (or 16 with parental consent)
- Weigh at least 115 pounds
- Donor must check medications with center staff
- Donor should have eaten a good meal prior to donation
- Must allow 56 days between donations
- Must present a valid photo ID
T-shirt given to each donor. Please scan the QR code on the flyer to sign up or contact Alison Mattingly at (270) 756-0711 to schedule!
