Rough River Music at the Island
The event is scheduled to take place on the water at “Ski Island” on Rough River Lake, halfway between Sandy Beach and Peter Cave.
The mission of Music at the Island is to assist individuals and entities, public or private, presiding in the Rough River community. The annual event began in 2020 with the inaugural “Music at the Island” event coordinated and organized by local neighborhoods on Rough River. Historically, our main beneficiary of fundraising has been Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Cops for Kids program. Over the last four years, we have raised over $110,000 for this program and $140,000 total and will continue to assist this program, as well as, other worthwhile causes in the Rough River community.
